How do I access my training after I enroll?

After your enrollment code is issued, go to the Student Login page and enter your full name, email address, course, and enrollment code. Once logged in, navigate to your Student Portal to begin your training.

What is included in the certification program fee?

Accepted Answer

The certification program fee covers full lesson access, assessments, completion review, certificate issuance, recordkeeping, and verification services. Course overviews are free to review without enrollment.

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Once you activate your training seat by accepting the pre-training acknowledgment and selecting "Activate My Training Seat and Begin Training," the certification-program fee becomes nonrefundable, subject to applicable law. Payment alone does not activate the seat — you must affirmatively accept the acknowledgment. If you have not yet activated your seat, please contact us to discuss your options.

Question 4

Does completing this course guarantee a certificate?

Accepted Answer

No. Payment and course access do not guarantee a certificate. You must successfully complete all required lessons, presentations, videos, knowledge checks, assessments, and other completion requirements before you become eligible for certificate issuance.

Question 5

Is Free Motor Carrier University a government agency?

Accepted Answer

No. Free Motor Carrier University and Free Motor Carrier Services LLC are private businesses. They are not FMCSA, PHMSA, OSHA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any other government agency, and are not operated by or acting on behalf of those agencies.

Question 6

Who is responsible for ensuring the training meets my job requirements?

For hazmat programs, the hazmat employer remains responsible for determining which training applies to the employee's assigned duties, providing any additional employer- or function-specific instruction required, testing the employee by appropriate means, and maintaining the required training record. For Supervisor Drug and Alcohol Training, the employer is responsible for determining whether the individual is subject to the supervisor-training requirement.

I lost my enrollment code. What should I do?

Contact us at info@freemotorcarrierservicesllc.com or call 973-705-5024. Please include your full name, email address, and the course you are enrolled in. Your employer or administrator may also be able to retrieve your code.

How long do I have to complete my training?

Accepted Answer

Enrollment codes may have an expiration date set by your administrator. Check with your employer or administrator for your specific deadline. If your code has expired, contact us for assistance.
